Job description

To support the efforts of the Customer Success Team and other departments as needed.

Essential Duties:

·      Operate telephone system by answering, screening, or forwarding calls. Providing detailed & accurate information, or taking messages daily (also operated by other members of the Customer Success Team)

·      Scanning match and batch ticket paperwork into the computer system, renaming, and filing appropriately daily

·      Monitor Lab Admin email throughout the day with other members of the team for tracking requests and updating Aptar SAP numbers

·      This is a floating position within the Customer Success Department. The below tasks will be trained on in order to back up or to fill in if someone is out.  All tasks will not be required daily

·      Formula entry, UPS shipping of matches and sending match/sample tracking

·      Order Entry Process of samples and production orders

·      Creating batch tickets for sample orders

·      Communicating with Sales Team and Customers as needed

·      Running Certs and Scanning International Packets for CS as needed.

·      Moving old SDS, TDS and pricing files to appropriate folders in Color History.

·      Support other departments as needed

Additional Responsibilities:

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  •  A high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in an office setting (preferred, not required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally and completely, verbally and in writing.
  • Outstanding file management and organizational skills are required.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 environment. Excel skills required.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail, accuracy and poise under pressure.
  • Effective personal time management skills imperative.
